Hello there! I’m Doom and I’m a fiction comic book writer, illustrator, and painter. I want my stories to inspire readers, but not in the way one would typically think. I want readers to feel conflicted, confused, and forced to reconsider their societal views. I will strive to bring extremely taboo subjects to light through simple, heavy-lined, black and white illustrations. As creator and consumer, together we shall feed our cynical appetites with savory perspective… along with a smile!

To give more insight into why I draw what I draw and write what I write, I'd like to present you, reader, the First Amendment. Okay, I'm kidding, but hear me out! In the era we currently live in, everyone is free to discuss the past, present, and future. People such as you and I are always thinking of new ways to approach situations and talk about where we as human beings are headed while living on this burning, spinning rock floating in space, surrounded by infinite darkness. Compared to the amount of days, hours, and minutes in a complete year, our history as atomically modern humans on Earth only accounts for about twelve minutes of that time. With that being said, if I want to write a story about a prostitute who is a stick figure with boobs, I'm gonna do it! Life is too short to worry about what everyone else thinks. Take this to heart or with a grain of salt. I don't care!

As you can tell by now, my work might be a little unorthodox. Also, you might be able to tell that my last statement might be a severe understatement. I'll let you figure that out on your own.
